Innopharm Melatonin food supplement coated tablets contain 1 mg of melatonin.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep.
Dosage: recommended dosage is 1 tablet taken 1 hour before falling asleep. Product contains isomalt, excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
Warning: Consumption during the time of pregnancy and breastfeeding, as well as for children and adolescents is not recommended. Melatonin can cause somnolence and dizziness, can reduce the abilities needed for driving vehicles, as well as operating machines or altitude tools. Do not drive for 4-5 hours after the melatonin is taken.
