Glucosamine and chondroitin are natural constituents of cartilage tissue. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones and the normal function of cartilage. Turmeric (Curcuma Longa rhizome) contributes to the health of bones and joints.
Dosage: for adults is 2 tablets per day.
