Vitamin D₃ Drops FORTE 30 ml

Food for special medical purpose

Vitamin D drops for the proper vitamin D supply from 2 weeks age.

Direction for use: For children from 2 weeks age for the proper vitamin D supplementation. Do not exceed the stated dose.

Dosage: If the doctor doesn’t ordered otherwise, for breastfed newborn babies and children 2 drops is recommended daily. For formula-fed babies please consult with pediatrician.

Contraindications: In case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.

Important: If the required vitamin D intake has any obstacles, then vitamin D₃ drops can only be given for newborn babies and children for pediatrician’s proposal, the dosage must be determined by the rate of age and weight. In case of other contemporaneous consumption of products with vitamin D content (eg. formula) please ask for pediatrician’s opinion. Not to be used for parenteral nutrition. Not to be used as a sole source of nutrition! Be used under medical supervision.
